Under consideration is a large antique wooden cookie mold of a Dutch man clothed in traditional costume with a smalldog at his feet. This large mold measures 23 3/4 inch long, 7 3/4 inch wide and 1 1/4 inch thick weighting 4 pounds, 9 ounces.

An attractive display of European Folk Art in the finesttradition. It can be displayed as artwork or used for its intended purpose to mold a rather large gingerbread or Springerle cookie. Item has been in use as there are age and usage signs in the form of scuffs and a few wood cracks, which actually adds a bit of character.
