A striking vintage Eagle cube ice bucket with a translucent smoke-brown exterior, contrasting white removable bowl, and matching square lid topped by a sculptural geometric knob. Bold, architectural, and beautifully understated, this American-made piece brings classic Space Age character to a cocktail bar or mid-century modern interior.
Its most compelling feature is the interplay of shapes: a rounded white bowl appears suspended within the smoky transparent cube, creating depth and a dramatic contrast between curved and angular forms. The warm brown coloring, glossy surfaces, flat side handles, and sharply defined silhouette give it an unmistakable retro sophistication.
The complete three-piece assembly includes the outer housing, removable white bowl insert, and coordinating smoke-brown lid. The insert lifts out for convenient cleaning, while the matching lid completes the clean geometric composition.
Marked “EAGLE MADE IN USA” on the underside. Estimated circa 1970s; exact production date is unconfirmed.
An eye-catching addition to a vintage barware collection, a stylish finishing touch for a bar cart, or a thoughtful gift for an admirer of modernist design. Attractive from every angle, it has the presence of a decorative object as well as the practicality of an ice bucket.
