A bit about myself: I really enjoy bringing these wonderful natural treasures of the earth to a wider audience, wonders that would probably never be seen otherwise, that would probably be left hidden and left to erode away to nothing if it were not for perseverance and a fascination for the natural world of people like myself and many others who can see things others can\'t, it is a gift and I am very grateful for it. Fossil hunters play an important role in discovery, and it is a good one, a positive role that naturally plays out in our local community and spreads to the wider community around the world. I hope this fossil and many others I have offered over the years have helped to inspire others to deeply appreciate nature and science and the natural wonders the world has to offer. Thank you to all those who have supported me and those who have shown understanding and kindness and appreciation towards me and my fossils - THANK YOU! Long may this special symbiotic relationship continue! :)RESPONSIBLY COLLECTED: ALL MY FOSSILS HAVE BEEN LEGALLY AND ETHICALLYCOLLECTED.

Self collected fossil. Entirely self-funded researcher. I have a genuine passion for fossils and am a life-long advocate of responsible collecting, my palaeo work is testament to this.My main interest isfossils related to the English Wealden. Discovering fossils and presenting my discoveries to the general public is my vocation. I am founder of West Parade Fossils, an entirely self-funded private enterprise. Find frequency is low. Fact: It is notoriously difficult to find fossils at this locality.Any commercial operator would go bust in a couple of months!
Revenue raisedfrom this discovery will allow me to continue working on other research projects. For example, British dinosaur age amber is something I am currently working on. A preliminary search of this amber lead me to discover the world‘s oldest preserved spiders web, dated at around 140 million years old. Discovery of the spiders web in amber was reported in the global media. But this ancient amber has the potential to reveal a vast eco-system of new species including micro-organisms, plants and small animals - insects mostly. However, this will take time and requires proper funding.Being entirely self-funded, offering fossils like this allows me to focus on my studies andcontinuemy passionon a proper full time basis.
