Lemax Spooky Town Franklin Residence #45004 – 2004
This is the 2004 Lemax Spooky Town Franklin Residence #45004 from the Halloween/Spooky Town collection. This piece is in used, like-new condition and has been well cared for. The original box is included, although the box itself is not in perfect condition. The piece comes with the original light and cord.
The light is working properly. This piece uses a simple Lemax light bulb that fits into the back of the building. The bulb appears to be intact and the cord appears to be working properly. One nice thing about this style of lighting is that if the bulb ever stops working in the future, it can easily be replaced with another compatible Lemax light bulb.
The light shines through the clear front portion of the building, allowing the interior to be illuminated when displayed.
CONDITION
This piece is in used, like-new condition and has been very lightly used by me. The building itself is in excellent overall cosmetic condition and has been stored carefully.
The original box is included, although the box has some signs of wear and is not in perfect condition. There may also be a small amount of dust from storage despite my efforts to clean it.
It has been kept in a smoke-free home with pets. Please review all photos carefully, as the photos show the exact item you will receive.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
I will take great care when packaging this piece. The original Styrofoam packaging provides good protection, and I will also wrap the original box with a layer of large-bubble bubble wrap before placing it inside a larger shipping box.
Because Spooky Town decorations contain small and detailed parts, there is always a possibility that a piece could come loose during shipping, even when carefully packaged.
If a small exterior piece comes loose during shipping, it can generally be reattached with a small amount of glue.
By purchasing, please understand that pieces coming loose or other minor shipping-related issues can happen and are not grounds for a refund or return.
Please review all photos and the full description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
