Commemorative plaque from Tall Stacks, the Cincinnati riverboat festival on the Ohio River, dated Oct 15-18, 1992. The face has a gold-tone engraved plate over a black panel, showing the twin-smokestack Tall Stacks logo art, mounted on a walnut-finish board with a black beveled edge.
The back carries the original maker sticker reading "Available From Design Dimensions Corp., 129 River Center Blvd., Covington, Ky. 41011-1741," with copyright lines for 1990 G.C.T.S.I. and 1991 D.D.C.
Two routed keyhole slots are cut into the back for wall hanging. There is no engraved name or presentation text, so this appears to be a general commemorative or sponsor piece rather than an individual award.
