The plaque is new old stock. Never removed from it's plastic bag. New old stock. Possibly a small ding or a small scratch or two. I didn't open the plastic clear bag that is taped shut. Obtained from BOB PACE surfer. Thin fake gold colored coin appears to be loose. It might fall off the gold leaf that surrounds it.
