1969 Neil Armstrong NASA Apollo 11 Homecoming Parade Hat Styrofoam.
Wapakoneta, Ohio held a Welcome Home parade months after the historic walk on the moon mission of Apollo 11. More than 80,000 people were in attendance including Neil Armstrong and Ed McMahon. The hat is Styrofoam. It does have some discoloring from age and a few chips in the brim in the photo and video. Zofkie's (name inside hat) was a clothing store in Wapakoneta at the time. A great piece of American history.
