PSA confirms that cards #12–22 comprise the Iron Man subset, making #12 the first card in Iron Man’s run. The 1966 Donruss release is recognized as Marvel’s first dedicated trading-card set, featuring Captain America, Iron Man, Daredevil, Spider-Man, Hulk and Thor across six 11-card character groups. #12 is the earliest numbered Iron Man card in this historic release, therefore it is collected as Iron Man’s first trading card appearance / rookie card.
