This is an absolutely gorgeous and near 100% flaw-free 1930s officer's khaki summer dress tunic, manufactured in June 1935 for a Mr. H.C. Culler/Cullen/Cutter. The fabric exhibits zero mothing or staining with only very minimal defects from age. It features Engineer Corps "essayons" brass buttons. Three of the center placket buttons are missing, likely due to the fact that they were never sewn to the tunic as is common with these older uniforms. All pocket buttons are present, with zero corrosion.
There are pin holes on the lapel from U.S. and branch insignia pins. Those holes are the only "damage" on the entire tunic outside of some very minor staining on the left
