x14 Cards.A treasure trove!Up for sale is a remarkable selection of cards from the highly coveted"1930 British American Tobacco (BAT) "Indian Chiefs" series. Originally released globally across international tobacco and chewing gum markets, this legendary 50-card set features stunning, vibrant lithographic portraits celebrating prominent Native American leaders. The artwork directly revives the iconic iconography of the famous 1888 Allen & Ginter N2 set, making it an absolute cornerstone for vintage non-sport card enthusiasts and historical collectors alike. What makes this specific group exceptional is that these cards feature completely blank backs. In the vintage card hobby, blank-back variations are recognized period-accurate treasures. They typically originated as rare printer proofs, test sheets, or international market variations left blank to bypass localized language translations. Because standard versions carry printed text, these blank-back examples are highly sought after by specialized variation hunters looking to complete master sets. They are fully eligible for professional grading verification (such as PSA's "Blank Back" designation).
