Original German religious commemorative pin/badge issued for the 64th Katholikentag held in Stuttgart in 1925. The front features a detailed portrait of Dr. Keppler surrounded by the event inscription and dates.
The reverse is particularly interesting and carries the manufacturer’s information, including “DEVOTIONALIEN FABRIK,” “WIEDMANN & OTT,” and “GMÜND WÜRTT.” The long pin and catch are present.
This is a genuine wearable pinback/badge rather than simply a commemorative coin or medal.
Very nice overall appearance for its age. It shows expected age-related patina, discoloration and surface wear. I have not cleaned or polished it, and I would leave the original patina exactly as it is.
Please examine all photographs closely for the exact condition, markings, pin construction and measurements. Photos are part of the description.
