This lovely vernacular photograph captures a young woman with a 1920s finger-waved bob hairstyle seated on a brick building ledge. She is dressed in classic 1920s fashion: a dark drop-waist dress with a white lace collar and Mary Jane strap shoes, with a straw hat resting on the ledge beside her.
Front of photo: a black-ink dedication is handwritten directly on the photograph (lower left area) and reads "To the sweetest girl I know".
Back of photo: black mounting-residue spots at all four corners from old album mounting, plus a faint pencil marking. No date or location inscription on the back.
