This is an original vintage black-and-white topographical postcard published by Berthaud Frères (B.F., Paris), titled "PARIS — Grand Hôtel du Louvre, vu de l'Avenue de l'Opéra." The card is postmarked from Paris on June 27, 1910, and features a red 10-centime French "Semeuse" (Sower) stamp. It includes a handwritten message in English from a traveler staying at the hotel, a Paris transit cancel, and a circular Brooklyn, N.Y. arrival postmark dated July 6, 1910. The card shows minor age-related corner wear but remains in structurally sound condition with clear text, crisp cancellations, and an intact stamp.
Comes from a smoke free environment.
