This sale features a historically significant collection of five (5) handwritten letters penned by U.S. Naval Officer Samuel Lockwood to his sister, Eliza A. Lockwood, in Fallsburgh, NY. All letters were written on board the U.S.S. Cyane during its Mediterranean cruise.
