Offered for sale is a large traditional-style rawhide frame drum purchased on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona sometime between the 1970s and late 1990s.
The drum features a natural-looking rawhide head stretched over a circular wooden frame, with leather lacing and crossed leather-wrapped supports on the reverse.
The interior wooden frame bears a handwritten signature or name. The maker's identity has not been 18 inches in diameter
