The front cover is ripped, but it is a thick and strong booklet so I believe it can be glued back on (either with steady hands or by a professional). The first 4 pages have what look like discoloring from an oil stain on them. I've taken detailed photos.
This is a very rare and cool manual, I wasn't able to find this exact one anywhere on the internet.
