- Handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or oven mitts when handling.
Care- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Season after each use. Once pan is clean, apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
- Store in dry location.
