Base is marked Holland. A few small cracks, all appear to have occurred prior to painting. Has a pearl white finish. Missing one bulb and one has been replaced with a butterfly. Many of the bulbs have been hot glued in. There are spots where hot glue shows on the tree. Tho chips to two branches (see pictures). The way they chipped make them hard to find if you aren\'t looking for them. The Base was spray painted with over spray on the cord. Could be stripped back to white, if desired. Cord and light appear to be original. Tested in working order.
