Vintage Stanley curved claw hammer from the Sweetheart era (c. 1920–1935).
- Stamped with the notched-rectangle STANLEY logo and SW heart, MADE IN U.S.A.
- Opposite cheek stamped “No 12 – 5 OZ” and “SIZE 4”
- Small 5 oz head, a good size for light finish work, tacks, trim, and cabinetry
- Wooden handle, about 9¾\" overall; the head is about 3.5\" from face to claw tip
- Head is tight on the handle
Condition: Honest used condition with no cracks or chips. The head shows surface wear, light scratches, and some old dings; the striking face is intact. Both claw tips are complete. The handle is solid but shows wear, dents, and scuffs in the finish. This is a usable tool and a nice example of the small Sweetheart-era hammer.
