Condition
Very good used vintage condition. Black covering remains intact with no obvious open tears or major splits. Shows normal age-related scratches, scuffs, creases and surface wear. Metal components show some oxidation, discoloration and general age-related wear. Springs appear structurally intact.

One thing I would remove from your original description: “Perfect for a standard 10-speed or beach cruiser restoration.” Without identifying the exact saddle era/application, that creates an unnecessary fitment promise. Better to let the Schwinn collectors decide what bike they want it for.
