Pair of vintage Rolex Bucherer souvenir spoons from Lucerne, Switzerland, featuring ornate raised Rolex/Bucherer advertising motifs.
These were produced as collectible souvenir/advertising pieces associated with Bucherer of Switzerland, the historic Swiss watch retailer, and feature prominent Rolex branding at the tops of the handles.
Each spoon measures approximately 4.5 inches long.
The pair includes two different Lucerne designs:
- Rolex Bucherer Watches / Lucerne spoon with shield-style crest
- Rolex Bucherer / Lucerne spoon with rose-style crest
- Decorative Swiss-themed scenes embossed inside the spoon bowls
- One spoon marked CB 69
- Other marked CB / Bucherer of Switzerland
- Silver-tone metal construction
- Vintage Swiss souvenir / watch advertising collectibles
These would make an excellent addition to a Rolex memorabilia collection, vintage watch advertising collection, Swiss souvenir spoon collection, or Bucherer collection.
CONDITION DETAILS
Both show normal vintage wear including surface scratches, tarnish, patina and areas of discoloration from age and previous handling.
The darker spoon has substantially more oxidation/patina than the brighter example. I would not polish these before selling them — watch and advertising collectors may prefer the original aged surface.
No cracks or obvious structural damage noted.
