For sale is a rare, hard to find Halloween owl figure made in Japan in the early 1950\'s. He is in excellent condition, no issues. Size is 3 3/4\" tall. The material is a pressed cotton that has the feel of tight felt. He is dressed with actual feathers on his sides and back. He\'s perched on an actual log. It was probably made as a party favor.
