Breathtaking vintage 1970s Polish Highlander (Góral) folk art decorative wall plate plaque. Exquisitely hand-tooled from solid dark wood, showcasing an incredibly dense, layered design featuring a central geometric floral mandala rosette medallion. The masterfully balanced layout combines deep, precise geometric chip carving and fine pyrography (wood-burned) contrast shadows along the concentric accent borders and scalloped outer rim. Measures approximately 10 inches in diameter. In excellent vintage structural condition with deep wood density, completely flat alignment, and a rich, lustrous honey-brown natural woodgrain patina. A spectacular statement piece perfect for a Dark Academia library shelf display, a maximalist boho gallery wall, or a premium international studio woodwork collection!
