100% authentic vintage!
This is a tan/ beige plastic “half foot” that can be inserted into someone’s mouth. This also has a lever on the bottom that makes the toes wiggle like a real foot. Please see picture for reference.

This is an extremely odd / unique toy / prop / accessory that can be used in a variety of ways. This can be used for Halloween or anything horror related, a spoof or gag gift, theater or movie prop, etc.

Collegeville Costumes was one of the most iconic Halloween costume manufacturers of the 20th century. Originally founded in 1909 as the Collegeville Flag and Manufacturing Company in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, the company began repurposing flag fabric to create masquerade suits in 1923.
The Evolution of the Brand- Flag Remnants to Masquerade: Founder Samuel Cornish began the company making aprons and American flags. The shift to costumes happened by chance when an employee repurposed yards of leftover red, white, and blue fabric to make Uncle Sam and clown outfits.The Boxed Costume Era: In the 1950s, the explosion of television prompted a massive shift from generic costumes (like witches and goblins) to officially licensed pop-culture characters. In the 1990s, the rise of big-box retail competitors, a changing costume market, and poor licensing choices (like the movie Waterworld) hurt the company's bottom line. The original company closed its manufacturing doors in 1996, with some of its brand and assets eventually being acquired by the massive costume conglomerate Rubie's.
