Vintage lot of 4 Mountain Jack's restaurant advertising matchbooks featuring two different designs.
Includes:
• 2 brown woodgrain matchbooks with yellow Mountain Jack's lettering and classic mountain-man/rifle graphic
• 2 cream matchbooks with the later green and orange Mountain Jack's sun-and-pine-tree logo
All four advertise "Beef · Seafood · Spirits" and retain their matches.
The brown examples were produced by Columbia Match Co. of Cleveland, Ohio, while the cream examples were produced by Atlas Match Corp. of Los Angeles.
Nice mixed-design lot from the former Mountain Jack's steakhouse restaurant chain.
Vintage condition with light age/storage wear, including minor surface, edge and corner wear. One cream matchbook has a small corner bend/crease. The brown covers show some light surface rubbing and wear around the staple areas. Striker surfaces and matches remain present.
