Native American figurine of a drumming boy dressed in red squatting at his drum. Wearing a grand headdress of feathers and decorative cuffs around his ankles and wrists.
There are two pin holes made during production. One is just below the throat and one is under the left arm on the cuff.
There are 2 very tiny flaws. If you look at the photo of the top of his head, you can see on the back of the headdress there is a tiny chip in the paint. It shows up as a white dot against the black paint.
The other flaw is on the underside of his forth finger on his left hand, there is a very tiny chip of paint missing there as well. You can see this in the last photo. I am not sure why there is a dark ring of color around it or even if the missing paint and lack of glaze over that spot was during manufacturing. It seems an odd spot for a chip to occure by accident without the fingers getting broken.
He needs a bath. I washed him but do not have what I would need to get the more delicate areas like fingers and nooks and crannies.
Made by Sonsco. These are hard to find available.
