A truly one-of-a-kind vintage hand-carved wooden wall plaque featuring the humorous phrase "Soldier Images Made Here Daily" surrounding a carved ceremonial guardsman.
I have not been able to find another example like this anywhere. Whether it was created by a talented folk artist, displayed in a military-themed shop, or made as a custom piece, it is an exceptionally unique conversation starter with wonderful vintage character.
Measuring approximately 14 inches in diameter, it features hand-carved lettering and a detailed engraved soldier with a rich, warm wood finish. The original hanging wire remains attached, making it ready for display.
Condition is good vintage with age-appropriate wear including light scratches, minor finish wear, and small paint losses within portions of the carved lettering and figure. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description.
Perfect for collectors of military memorabilia, hand-carved folk art, primitive décor, bar or man cave décor, workshops, or anyone who appreciates unusual vintage pieces. With no others currently available, this is an opportunity to own a truly distinctive example of vintage carved Americana.
