Large Swan Gourd Fall Harvest Floral Thanksgiving Centerpiece DecorSpectacular, museum-quality hand-carved and hand-painted gourd art piece by regional California artisan Jesse Digia. Signed on the base with the origin of Fair Oaks, California, this large swan-neck gourd represents an exceptional level of technical skill and labor. The piece features meticulous, open-shell filigree carving, where windows have been cut entirely through the dried shell to mimic organic tree branches or vines. It is beautifully paired with wood-burned details and deep relief-carving of autumnal orange floral blossoms and green leaves. It makes a commanding standalone centerpiece for a Thanksgiving dining table, console, or mantle display. The gourd is in excellent vintage condition, displaying vibrant autumn tones and a smooth finish. Please review the photos to fully see the incredible negative-space cutouts and fine artistry.Note: I am also listing a solid 12x12 hand-painted rooster companion piece that shares this exact color palette. If you want to purchase both pieces as a curated harvest set, please message me before paying so I can combine your shipping and save you money.Due to the fragile nature of open filigree gourd art, this item will be double-boxed and packed with maximum cushioning to guarantee safe delivery. Ships from a smoke-free home.
