I am not a horror expert, but I can without a doubt assure you this is from 90's
(My dad threw nothing away and this Halloween costume Rubbermaid tote has been in our basement since we moved in 1997( I have the dust to prove it😆)so the mfg is prior.

This is a really neat mask that would make a great display peice for collectors of the movies/horror industry.
I was told by an aficionado it is gen 2 due to the cheeks showing 😉( thank you sir for your info) but I feel it's older possibly (We've had it since I was a teen/my doubt is your deal)
