Vintage Chinese Hardstone Gemstone Bonsai Tree with Glass & Stone Flowers
Beautiful vintage decorative bonsai tree featuring an elaborate arrangement of carved hardstone leaves and colorful translucent glass and stone-style blossoms. The tree is designed with dark green carved leaves, delicate pink, amber, white and green flowers, and colorful bead-like stamens, all individually arranged on wrapped branches.
The sculptural tree is mounted in a rectangular pale hardstone planter filled with crushed stone, creating the appearance of a miniature flowering bonsai. The combination of carved stone, translucent blossoms and detailed branches gives the piece wonderful color and dimension.
Measures approximately 12–13 inches tall and approximately 12 inches wide.
A striking example of vintage Asian decorative art that displays beautifully from multiple angles. Ideal for collectors of Chinese hardstone carvings, gemstone trees, bonsai sculptures, Asian décor and mid-century decorative objects.
Materials have not been professionally tested, so the specific varieties of stone are not guaranteed. Please review all photographs carefully for condition and additional details.
A substantial and highly decorative vintage gemstone bonsai that would make an impressive display piece in a collection, cabinet, office or home.
