Title: Vintage Chevrolet Bedford Imperial USA Money Clip Pocket Knife & Nail File
A distinctive vintage accessory for Chevrolet enthusiasts, automotive memorabilia collectors, and vintage money clip collectors.
This Imperial money clip combines Chevrolet and Bedford advertising with a folding pocket knife and nail file. Its slim, rectangular silver-tone body features rounded corners and a decorative border of parallel lines surrounding the automotive logos.
Features and markings
Chevrolet bowtie and Bedford griffin emblems engraved on the front.
Inscription: “PARA TRANSPORTE ECONOMICO,” meaning “For economical tools marked “Imperial / Stainless / U.S.A.” with the Imperial crown emblem.
Sharp folding knife blade with a curved cutting edge, pointed tip, and nail nick for opening.
Separate folding nail file with a textured filing surface and shaped tip.
Tight hinges on the folding tools.
Broad money clip on the reverse that holds firmly.
The automotive branding suggests a promotional advertising piece. The exact production year and original issuing dealer or distributor are unknown. The tools bear stainless markings; the material of the entire body has not been vintage condition with visible scratches, scuffs, surface discoloration, and wear to the finish and engraving. The Chevrolet and Bedford logos and advertising inscription remain discernible. The blade and nail file show surface wear and spotting.
The blade is sharp, the hinges are tight, and the money clip is tight and holds firmly. Please review all five photos closely for the cosmetic condition of the actual item offered.
An appealing addition to a Chevrolet memorabilia display, vintage automotive advertising collection, pocket-knife collection, or money-clip collection.
