Condition is used. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. Item is preowned with wear. It could use a gentle cleaning. Vintage and preowned items have wear, blemishes, tarnish and need polishing from buyer. Please consider the picture with the ruler as part of the description. The ruler measures in inches and metrics. Many religious medals are small, and I take close up pictures so buyers can see the details. Buyer is responsible to look at the picture next to the ruler for exact size. Thanks for looking. I will combine shipping for USA buyers, by refunding extra shipping charges. 10J
