The Town & Origin: Sourced from Uglich, one of Russia\'s oldest and most celebrated historic towns along the Volga River. The town is globally famous for its traditional woodcarvers, clockmakers, and artisan guilds who pivoted to creating high-quality natural material crafts for travelers.
The Art Form: Known traditionally as Oshibana, this organic art style requires immense patience to carefully press and layer real fragile flora without tearing the petals, keeping the natural pigment safely sealed away from moisture for decades.📏 Exact Measurements & Weights

Beautiful Flower Preservation: The real pressed flowers and leaves are in stellar vintage condition. The pansies have retained their lovely purple, lavender, and soft cream hues beautifully over the last 30+ years, showing only the natural, graceful fading expected of genuine antique organic material.
Sturdy Frame & Glass: The glass face is completely clean, clear, and bright with zero deep scratches, chips, or cracks. The natural wood frame is structurally solid, flush at the mitered corners, and shows only minor, gentle storage scuffs.
Intact Backing & Provenance: The reverse cardboard backing is entirely secure. Both original paper labels are fully attached and clearly legible, with just minor vintage age-toning to the paper adhesive edges.📜 SELLER POLICIES & STATEMENTS
🌴 About Old FloridaVintage
Welcome to my store! I moved down to sunny Florida 6 years ago from up north. Most of the wonderful treasures I list here were cherished pieces kept in my previous northern home. My home here in Florida is quite a bit smaller and has a completely different aesthetic, so I am lovingly sending these items off to find a wonderful new home where they can be appreciated and enjoyed all over again! I also love to find things at estate sales, yard sales and moving sales which we have an abundance of here in SW Florida. I love finding them new homes and saving things from the landfill. Most of my shipping supplies I source from local businesses or my neighborhood and construction sites. I try to reuse and recycle most of my packing supplies too.📦 Shipping & Handling Policy
