Up for sale is an incredible, rare find for vintage toy collectors—a matching pair of 1978 "The Sesame Street" educational flashcard decks, completely FACTORY SEALED in their original cellowrap!
Deck 1: Alphabet Cards featuring Bert and Ernie on the cover.
Deck 2: Number Cards featuring Count von Count on the cover.
Both decks are copyrighted 1978 by the Children's Television Workshop (CTW) with Muppet character copyrights extending from 1971–1978. Because they are still sealed in the original factory plastic, the cards inside are guaranteed to be in mint, unplayed condition with razor-sharp corners and pristine colors.
Finding these 1970s Henson-era Muppet ephemera decks completely unopened is exceptionally tough. A true holy grail piece for a vintage Sesame Street collection, museum archive, or premium nostalgic gift!
Condition: New Old Stock (NOS) / Factory Sealed. The plastic wrap is intact around both decks. Very minor shelf dust or age wear may be present on the outer plastic layer, but the cards themselves are untouched. No original outer boxes included (these appear to be the factory internal decks).
