Up for sale is a rare vintage 1970s genuine titanium metal etching of Windsor Castle, individually handcrafted in England by Lewis & Clayton Ltd [HlHuQU, JxcVAP]. This unique mid-century artwork utilizes a specialized electrochemical process where colors are created permanently by light refraction through varying layers of titanium oxide film rather than traditional pigments [JxcVAP]. The etching features fine architectural details of the historic castle grounds, nicely displayed on a textured burlap/hessian fabric mat inside its original vintage wooden frame [HlHuQU]. The original authenticity label is intact on the reverse side and bears the hand-signed name of the color artist [JxcVAP].
