Vintage Elmer Fudd character doll/figure by R. Dakin & Co., dating to the late 1960s.
This is the gentleman-style Elmer Fudd wearing a bright red top hat and shoes, black jacket, white shirt, yellow pants and white gloves.
Original round R. Dakin & Co. hang tag is still attached and reads:
* “ELMER FUDD”
* No. 2202
* Prod. of Hong Kong
* Looney Tunes / Warner Bros.-Seven Arts
The original sewn R. Dakin clothing label is also present, and the bottoms of both shoes are molded with the R. Dakin & Company markings.
Approximately 8 inches tall.
Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear. There is discoloration/soiling and scattered marks to the vinyl/rubber portions, particularly the hands and back of the head. Clothing shows some age-related wear, loose threads and minor fraying. Red hat and shoes show surface wear. Original cardboard hang tag has creasing, edge wear and age-related wear but remains attached. Please examine all photos closely, as they are part of the condition description.
A great surviving example of an early Warner Bros. Looney Tunes collectible, particularly appealing with its original Dakin hang tag still present.
