Vintage 1940s THE CROWN COURT Motel Business Card Brunswick Georgia Route 17: $18.95
- Measures 2 x 3.5
- Up for sale is an authentic, original mid-century roadside advertising business card for The Crown Court, a "hotel court of distinction" formerly located along the historic U.S. Route 17 North in Brunswick, Georgia.
- Design & Graphics: Printed on an eye-catching, textured mint-green cardstock with smooth rounded corners. The front features a large, detailed graphic of a classic imperial crown flanked by elegant Gothic-style typography. It includes two great period advertising slogans: "The Crown Tops Them All" and "Truly a hotel court of distinction".
- Reverse Side: Plain, unprinted mint green back showcasing the natural age and clean texture of the vintage cardstock.
- Historical Context: This card is a wonderful relic from the pre-interstate era of automobile travel, when Route 17 served as the primary highway for families and tourists road-tripping down the coast toward Florida.
Condition: Very Good vintage condition. The card remains remarkably crisp with firm edges and clean, unbent rounded corners. There is very minimal surface wear or light handling patina from age, with no heavy stains, ink marks, tears, or creases. Please review the high-resolution scans for an exact look at condition.
