Just a little background - this photo comes from a large collection of photos from the Boston Area. They are original one of a kind unless otherwise noted. Authentic printing on old photographic paper. Some have documentation on the reverse, If there isn't my scanner doesn't pick it up and assume the back is blank or off white. Otherwise I will show exactly what the back has on it.
Original VTG B & W photograph of B.E. Ry (Boston Elevated Railway) streetcar #5818 on the Waverley route, taken at the Arlington Heights Loop. A sharp image showing the trolley near a covered station area with snow on the ground, offering great period detail of the car design and winter conditions.
Reverse side is handwritten “B.E. Ry – Arlington Heights Loop – 5818” in ink. Printed on genuine period photo paper, not a reproduction.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with light surface wear and mild edge toning typical for age. No major creases or tears noted. Writing on reverse as shown.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? I get asked this numerous times and the answer it YES! Kindly note: is been having difficulties allowing sellers to create an invoice. If this is the case with your order - I do refund the overages!!! - I do this usually at the time of packing your items, which most likely is a 24 -36 hour turn around depending on the time of purchase.
HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKED? I usually pack in a separate archival plastic sleeve - sandwiched between two sturdy pieces of scrap cardboard. Then wrapped in either plastic or a bubble type mailer with a do not bend sticker on the outside. I have had no major damage and sell thousands of paper items. If your purchase are particularly large, then I box your items so that no damages will occur. These items are old and I want to insure that they live on!
