Vintage GE fans are top-notch, but if you remove the blades for cleaning or maintenance, you will need a new rubber press-fit blade mount.
Our rubber press-fit blade mounts ensure a solid bond between the blade assembly and the motor shaft. They also help dampen micro-vibrations that can be transmitted out of the motor shaft and into the blade assembly, ensuring a smooth and pleasing experience when using the fan.
Perfect fit for GE models with the 12" blades (9mm shaft). Please send a message if you want the rubber mount for the 10" blades (6mm shaft).
Installation Notes: place the rubber press-fit mount onto the motor shaft. Then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the blade assembly onto the rubber mount. A dab of grease may help in some cases.*** FREE SHIPPING ***
