- Award Plaque with USAF WINGS has the famous Poem "HIGH FLIGHT" by John Gillespie Magee, Jr. (WWII Pilot who died just months after writing this poem in 1941) - appx. 7.5"W x 10"L - Crest Craft label dates to late 1950's to early 1970's
- WINGS on Plaque - appx. 5-1/4"L x 2-1/4"W4
- US AIR FORCE "POCKET ROCKET" SENIOR MISSILEMAN BADGE - stamped L.I.G.I. (Lordship Industries Government Issue) on back side - first introduced in 1958 during the cold war era
- 9 USAF PATCHES ranging from Vietnam Era through early 2000's and include 6 Subdued Patches
