This book belonged to my mother(RIP) who was a seamstress and and is a rare vintage sewing book titled "The Golden Rule 1954 Lutterloh," printed in Germany. As a vintage original, this collectible item holds historical value and is sought after by sewing enthusiasts and collectors. Condition: this book looks really good the the age, there are no marks, but my mother cut out 3 of the patterns (as instructed by the book) to enlarge for making patterns to use. The 3 patterns are stored in the envelope provided that stores the tape measure and ruler. That same page has a couple of holes where the envelope was attached. Please view the photo's carefully for they are important to the description and condition of this book.
