Set of 6 Japanese Okinawa Dematisse Blue Glaze Embossed Stoneware Coffee Cups:
$64.99

These cups feature a lovely embossed motif on stoneware with an image of a bird and a man. While origin is unknown, I traced this pattern and style to a cup that a Japanese seller identified as being Okinawan in origin. This cup may have been inspired by that motif/design. Due to the obscurity of the pattern I suspect this was made and sold domestically in Japan, but could not determine for certain.Cups measure 3 inches at the mouth and 2.5 inches high approximately. Interior is a beautiful periwinkle glaze.
