From a Tucson, Arizona collector's estate.
A beautiful, hand-coiled Santa Clara Pueblo blackware jar by famed potter Stella Chavarria (daughter of Teresita Naranjo, one of Santa Clara's premier 20th-century potters).
This piece features deeply carved designs with a striking contrast between the matte carved background and the brilliant high-gloss hand-polished finish.
Measures: 3.75 inches high and 5 inches at widest diameter.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. Minor shelf or handling wear and fine surface scratches are typical for pieces of this age. No chips or cracks.
