For sale is a remarkably well-preserved vintage Emergency First Aid & Survival Kit from the mid-to-late 1970s. Assembled and distributed by Armour Protection Supplies Ltd. out of Georgetown, Ontario, Canada, this specific kit was targeted directly toward outdoor sportsmen, remote vacationers, and recreational motorists.
The front of the molded plastic case features beautiful, iconic 1970s retro graphic typography and illustrations detailing its intended use for Snowmobiles, Boats, Cottages, and Cars.
Near-Complete Vintage Inventory Includes:
- Original Outer Case: White molded plastic container with a unique "Press To Open" red latch mechanism.
- Thermos Brand "Space" Emergency Blanket: In its original black graphic box (super warm, radar reflecting, weatherproof).
- Coghlan's Waterproof Matches Box: Classic outdoor brand graphic box (contains wooden safety matches, distributed out of Winnipeg, Canada).
- Curity Wet-Pruf Adhesive Tape Box: Manufactured by Kendall (1/2" x 1 yard).
- 1" Gauze Bandage Box: Original individual cardboard box component.

For a piece of outdoor safety gear that is roughly 50 years old, it is in excellent vintage condition. There is minor surface dust, light scuffing, and typical age-related yellowing/spotting on the plastic case and paper packaging. One corner does have a cracked corner, see pictures.
