This is an exceptionally rare, complete 7-piece individual place setting of the iconic "Orion" flatware line, manufactured by the Danish cutlery company Raadvad. Designed in the 1960s by Falle Uldall, Orion is a masterclass in Scandinavian modernist design, celebrated for its lean silhouettes, perfectly circular spoon bowls, and distinctive 3-tine forks.
While 3-piece and 4-piece starter sets occasionally appear on the market, finding an exhaustive, comprehensive 7-piece configuration like this is incredibly difficult.
* Price is per single 7-piece place setting.
* I have a total of SIX (6) identical 7-piece sets available.
* If you are interested in purchasing multiple settings or the entire 42-piece collection to create a seamless Service for 6, please select your desired quantity at checkout or send a direct message to discuss combined shipping discounts!
Or: If you’d like me to piece it out for you I have extras of the sets or can break them up. Again, messade me if you desire to do so.
I also have a few pieces not shown here, that I can send you pictures of or a short list.
These pieces have an exceptionally satisfying weight and sturdiness to them, which is second to none.
Each 7-Piece Set Includes:
* (1) Dinner Knife – Elegant, minimalist solid-handle design with a sweeping blade edge (~70–75g)
* (1) Dinner Fork – Stylized with the signature Orion 3-tine head layout (~55–60g)
* (1) Salad / Dessert Fork – Slightly smaller counterpart to the dinner fork (~45–50g)
* (1) Pastry / Cake Fork – Featuring a widened left tine, a hallmark of mid-century European design (~30–35g)
* (1) Soup / Place Spoon – Beautiful, perfectly geometric round bowl (~55–60g)
* (1) Teaspoon – Medium-sized round-bowl spoon (~40–45g)
* (1) Coffee / Demitasse Spoon – Smallest delicate spoon, perfect for espresso or desserts (~25–30g)
* Excellent Vintage Condition: These pieces show only light, superficial signs of standard historical use. There are no deep gouges, no heavy pitting, no rust, and no bent tines. They retain their gorgeous contrasting finish (brushed handles paired with bright, polished accents).
