I had a power cord that I plugged in and it powers on. I was getting static, but did not test any further. Sold AS IS with that description in mind. WILL NOT come with a power cord either. I did not have an extra one as the one I used to test was for another item of mine. Will come as shown. Has the really cool headphone and mic that comes with it. Has some wear such as missing the battery cover, has some tape residue on back and there are 3 pieces of electrical tape on the back all detailed in pics.
