Scarce original 1950s Esquire Shoe Polishes metal countertop store display. This substantial commercial advertising rack features six curved product holders—three on each side—and a raised center advertising panel.
The center sign reads:
“We Recommend Esquire Shoe Polishes—for every type of shoe…for every type of leather…”
The base advertises:
“For That Looking Glass Shine LANOLIZE with ESQUIRE Boot Polish”
This uncommon display measures approximately 15 inches wide and 12½ inches tall. Please consult the measurement photographs for the most accurate dimensions.
The display remains structurally intact but is being sold in unrestored, as-found vintage condition. It has extensive age-related surface wear, including oxidation, rust, scratches, discoloration, paint loss, dust and bent or uneven metal edges. The original advertising is worn but remains attractive and readable. No shoe-polish bottles, tins or additional accessories are included.
