The card is a wonderful "time capsule," documenting a mid-century trip into the Haitian mountains during a local celebration.Front: Visual DetailsThe front features a crisp, black-and-white real photograph of a traditional Haitian village. Subject: A group of adults and children are gathered in front of several thatched-roof houses (known locally as cailles). These structures represent traditional Caribbean vernacular architecture.
