You are offerding on the Super 8 MM Film Roll and Queen Elizabeth 2 Cruise Line ephemera lot seen in the photos!
You get the following:
8x8 inch color QE2 Information booklet! Written in 4 languages (English, French, German, Spanish), this appears to have been the on-board diretory of amenities and services! No marks, but has a small \"roll\" or bend near the binding from long term storage. Not sure of the date, but presumably 1976 given the other dated ephemera and the styles in the pictures.
RARE Saturday 9 October 1976 Festival of Life Itinerary! Printed in a heavier weight stock, this was a tri-fold single sheeter. Either it was never folded or has been stored in it\'s original form for so long it no longer apperas like it was folded! Has former Cunard Line cruise ships on the front, itinerary on the back. Corners have some folds/dog ears, some spotting on the white panel.
Festival of Life VOYAGE 224 two page October 9th to October 14th Weekly Itinerary sheet! In house creation of the weekly itinerary for the week, stapled together, clearly an on-board hand out, RARE and hard to find!!! See pics, Post it note covering is to prevent counterfitting from the sale. This is presumably from 1976 as it was found the other 1976 document and in 1976 October 9th was a Saturday.
April-December 1979 QW2 folding pull-out brochure with pricing and schedules! Found with the 1976 ephemera, I presume the original owner had such a good time on the 1976 trip they contemplated another and held onto the brochure and/or put it with this stuff. Date is odd as it was found with the 1976 stuff, but obviously 3 years later.
Final Item is a 3\" Super 8 Home movie reel! Found this at a completely other time and place with a lot of other home movies. Was reviewing the movies and noticed a woman boarding a cruise ship and I could see it was the QE2! Later in the movie there is video of a dinner show with dancing show girls and then after that a 2 man show, looks like a duet. This was with other reels that were circa 1981. Reel has \"Hawaii\" written on it. Not sure if the QE2 ever sailed to Hawaii, but that\'s what the reel says.
