You are buying a new condition;Pokemon Center Lapras Secret Base Plush Japanese Authentic with Attached Tag and chain still atached, out of print for years, rare plushie. Nicely preserved took right out of the sealed box from Japan. Attached tag, tag is sharp and nice condition, no bends etc., firmly attached and tag on plushie. Chain at the top of its head if you want to hang in car, backpack, on your bag, in locker at school or anywhere. Clefairy itself is in great condition, brand new from shipping box I received it many years ago. Rare and hard to find this one. Must have for Clefairy or Pokemon collector. This is the only one I have left once gone I am sold out.
